Jimmie Davidson is the founding pastor of Highlands Fellowship Church. Through Christ the church grew to over 3200 in average attendance, celebrating thousands of new believers becoming disciples of Jesus with a budget of over 4 million dollars becoming one of the largest multi-site churches in America. Their largest single attendance was over 10,000 people.
His obedience to Jesus placed him before Kings and Presidents as well as 35,000 people at the 25th Anniversary celebration of Saddleback Church, where he was asked to represent over 400,000 Purpose Driven Pastors around the world.
Jimmie is gifted to cast and communicate Gods vision as well as being a strategist with a missional mindset. He is motivational, inspirational, humorous and relatable. He loves the local church, he loves Gods people and equipping them for ministry and mission. Most importantly he has a heart for the world to hear the good news.
Through a divine encounter with Jesus Jimmie was awakened to Finishing The Great Commission and said yes. He is the founder of the Global Glory of God House (G3) where over 400 international business leaders and Pastors have been trained from over 100 nations, touching tens of millions of lives. He was also a contributing author in Multi-site Churches: Guidance for the Movement’s Next Generation by Scott McConnell.
He served as a senior leader on the Pastors Management Team at Saddleback Church where he led missions as well as the launches of four international Saddleback campuses on three continents. His leadership there included assisting Rick Warren in the oversight of Saddleback Church with an average attendance surpassing 25,000.
Everything God has done through him He did through great teams and great churches who were willing to step out in faith and follow Jesus.
He currently is The Lead Church Planting Catalyst with Send Network in California planting churches everywhere for everyone. The Los Angeles Team he is a part of led the nation in church planting this year.
Jimmie along with a team of pastors are planting Highlands Fellowship in South Orange County, California. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas with a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages.
He and his wife Lori live in Southern California. They have two daughters, Ashlyn Greer Founder and CEO of Fashivly who lives with her husband Sage, a worship leader at Elevation Church in Charlotte, NC, and Amy, serving a music managment company in LA and attending Mosiac in Hollywood, she ives in Los Angeles, California.
